Studio details
Business hours
The studio is a private residence counter, so visits are arranged in advance. Please do not arrive without a confirmed slot; we will always make room for a booked client and let you know the exact door and floor details before you travel.
Three common questions
Before you send
Yes. The counter is inside a private condo studio, so every visit is arranged in advance. A consultation window is the best first step, and we confirm the exact time, floor and door details by email before you travel.
We reply within one business day. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on the next working day. If your question is urgent, phone +13203089109 during studio hours and speak with the counter directly.
We can start the conversation by email and send you a short set of questions, but we build a skincare set only after a consultation window or a set bay session at the mirror table. That way the tray is checked against your skin and your routine rather than guessed from a photo.
