Skincare Set Bays
A bay is a laid-out shelf where a set is built around a skin story rather than a discount. We pull cleanser, serum, cream and a finishing veil into one tray and check that they answer the same concern.

Juo Lifestyle & Beauty Pte. Ltd. keeps a small beauty counter inside its Tampines condo studio at 13 Tampines Lane, #08-52 Treasure at Tampines, 528479, Singapore (SG). We design the systems that let a skincare set be picked, booked, reviewed and handed over without a single dropped detail, and we teach the ritual that sits behind every jar. Every service is run from our own table and every order is checked by a person before it leaves the building; you can follow the counter services here → whenever you are ready to look closer.

Six services on one velvet tray
Our counter is not a shop floor and it is not a warehouse. It is a working table where six related services meet: a bay for building skincare sets, a run of treatment bookings, a desk for member orders, a window for consultation, a review of every ritual box, and a sitting for each seasonal launch. The compacts below sit on the felt in the order we usually meet them, and each one opens into a fuller page.

See the bay methodBookings are grouped into a single run so a client moves through cleanse, treat and seal without waiting in a corridor. The run is timed to the minute on our own studio sheet.

Book a windowBefore a ritual box is sealed we open it, line it against the brief and photograph the tray. The review is the last moment a wrong size or a mismatched step can still be caught.

See the sittingJuo Lifestyle & Beauty Pte. Ltd. works in computer integrated systems design and related professional services, and that discipline shows at the table. A skincare set is a small system: a cleanser that prepares, a serum that carries the active, a cream that seals and a veil that finishes. When one part is chosen for the wrong reason the whole set behaves badly, which is why every Skincare Set Bays session begins with a written brief and ends with a tested tray. The same logic runs through our booking and order work. A treatment is a run of timed steps, a member order is a reconciliation against history, and a review is a final check before release.
The studio is deliberately small. We keep one mirror table, one compact tray and a short shelf of atomisers, and we book fewer clients per day than a mall counter would. That restraint is the point. It lets a Consultation Windows booking stay honest, keeps every Ritual Box Reviews check in the hands of the person who packed the box, and means a Member Order Desks visit is a conversation rather than a transaction at a till.
How the studio thinks about skin
Most skincare advice arrives in a hurry. A shelf talks, a short video talks, a discount talks, and the skin is the last thing consulted. We built the counter to work the other way around. A client sits at the mirror table, we read the skin under a plain light, and we write down what we actually see: texture along the jaw, tightness on the cheeks, the way a cream sits after ten minutes. Only then do we reach for product, and only then do we talk about a set. The Season Launch Sittings exist for the same reason. A new range is tested in order and in daylight before it earns a place on our tray, and anything that does not hold up simply does not get listed.
That habit shapes our Treatment Booking Runs as well. A treatment run is designed around a real sequence, cleanse, treat, seal and finish, and it is timed so that no step is rushed to fit a queue. Because we run the counter from a condo studio rather than a busy arcade, we can hold a booking slot open when a client needs an extra ten minutes to talk through a reaction. The same care shows up in the desk: a Member Order Desks visit always starts with the last set on the table, because a refill should be an update to a known routine, not a guess.
You arrive at the Tampines studio, leave your bag on the bench and sit at the mirror table. We spend a few minutes on history, then read the skin, then build a first tray on the compact felt. If a set is right for you we lay it out and explain each step; if it is not, we say so and send you home with notes. No one leaves with a bag they did not choose.
We will not promise a result we cannot support, we will not push a set past the point where it suits you, and we will not hide a cheaper option behind a seasonal label. A counter that earns trust over years is worth more than a single strong month, and every decision at the table follows that belief.
